The bill (Reg. No. 2698) aims at significantly reducing administrative pressure on entrepreneurs by introducing restrictions on interference of government entities into the economic activity of entrepreneurs.
According to the Committee members, such amendment will lead to violation of integral complex of existing safety measures in this sphere.
It was stressed during the meeting that the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office reads that the bill contains a number of legally flawed proposals, so the Committee believes its adoption in the proposed form is impractical.
